Please join us for a the perfect blend of High West Spirits and Bluegrass Tavern on Thursday, September 12th, at 6:30PM. Chef Tim Dyson has a created a four course menu paired with four different cocktails/spirits distilled by High West. The distiller, David Perkins, will be on hand to speak about his creations and field questions. The dinner will cost $70 inclusive of tax but NOT gratuity. Reservations Required. New Tuesday Night Dinner Special: The Bluegrass Chicken Box Night Begins 6.25.13

Join us every Tuesday evening at Bluegrass Tavern beginning at 5 PM and ending at 9:30 PM for our Chicken Box Special. This special is only at the Bar or for Carry Out. For $11.95, you will recieve two of our delicious smoked and fried chicken thighs, cornbread and wedge fries in an eco-friendly “to go” box. We hope to see you every Tuesday!

Whole Animal Dinners: Next Dinner in September (More Information to Follow)

The Whole Animal Dinners are the brainchild of our Chef, Timothy Dyson. These dinners of Five Courses will feature dishes that present the entire animal from head to tail. This June, the rabbits, are from our farm, Turner Crossing, in Hartford County. Each course will be paired either with a wine by Sommelier, Chris Coker or a beer by Bar Manager, Jenna Robison. The dinner will be $85 inclusive of tax and gratuity. If you would like to attend and not have the alcohol pairings, the dinner will be $60 inclusive of tax and grauity. Menu is forthcoming.

Bluegrass Gives Back

Each month, Bluegrass Tavern chooses a charity or organization to support by donating 10% of our total gross earnings for one day. It will always on a Sunday so please visit us for Brunch, Lunch, Dinner or drinks at the bar and show your support for these deserving charities!

Every Wednesday Bluegrass Tavern will features 10 bottles of wine for under $20. Chris Coker, wine director, has torn through his tasting notes and selected the best of the most affordable bottles! From the high tones of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc to the Mediterranean Basis of Italy, Spain and Southern France to the syrupy shores of Australia, a collection of 10 delicious wines that will rock Chef Ray Kumm’s food have been assembled for your enjoyment! Please join us from 5PM to close and get your wine on!

Thursday is for Quenching Your Thirst in Threes

Every Thursday Bluegrass will offer a flight of wine or a flight of whiskey. Chris Coker, wine director, will offer a selection of three wines that work together thematically and are seasonally inspired. Kelli Kulnich, General Manager and Bar Guru, will select three whiskeys that are seasonal and thematic; they may be bourbon, canadian, scotch or irish and are completely at her whim. Selections will change monthly!
